While the original lineage of this strain is still up for debate. Word has it that it was founded by Scott Blakey, aka Shantibaba (co-founder of Green House Seed Company). The strain is made up of a pure landrace sativa from Brazil and a South Indian hybrid.
The beautiful White Widow strain has a balanced composition of 60% Indica and 40% Sativa, making it a slightly indica-dominant hybrid.
